This sling is just what we've been looking for and I wish we'd had it during the first 5 months. Unlike the huge bath sponge we used earlier, this one is lightweight mesh fabric that lets the water and air pass owing to easily so it dries completely once you're done with no mildew smell to contend with.
The incline is fantastic since you can pour water on the baby's tummy and there's less chance of it pooling around her chin or getting in her mouth. It also allows baby to see what you're doing. We fill a huge bowl with water at her feet and dip water out of that to soap up the washcloth and rinse as needed. Since the sling is inclined, she can watch us do each step.
Also, since the Bath Sling folds into such a compact size, once it's dry between baths you can store it in a drawer, under the sink, or even take it in your suitcase for trips. It'd be nice if it were a smidge longer: we didn't get it until our baby was 5 months ancient and as we head for month seven, she's getting a small long for it, but we use it anyway and just let her legs extend a small more past the end.
If you're debating bath harvest, skip the sponge (hard to squeeze water out, bulky to store, especially when wet) and get this sling. You can us it from birth to at least 6 months or longer and by then, some babies can sit in the tub without help, so you can get a lot of use out of it. |
A excellent choice for no mold!

| I have 3 different versions of these, and this is the best one for 2 reasons. First, it fold and is space saving for under sink Storage space space. Secondly, it is all mesh with no "stuffed" or padded parts, or sponge parts. This dries out promptly, where others have to drip dry for hours and days and the ones with padding start to smell moldy very promptly. Also nice to have one for travel if you are staying out of town overnight. It snaps into spot and is very secure for small ones. Like it! |

skip the bulky plastic things. this is all you need for the bath. my baby likes it. it is small, soft and simple to clean.
update- now that my baby has hit 3 1/2 months she is outgrowing this seat and slides out as she kicks in the water so only buy this for your baby. it is worth it for the first few months. my baby has never been worried of the bath... maybe since she was comfortable and secure in this seat. |
Excellent product.

| Simplicity works well here. This product is light, small, very simple to use. It dries more promptly than other bathing items I've used, and is simple to store. Wish I had this for my first two boys, instead of wasting $30+ on other harvest that in the end I liked less. This was so worth the buy. |
Awsome bath sling!

| I bought this back in 2007 when I had my son I absoluetly loved it and so did he. I let a friend borrow it and of course she damaage it, but now that I'm pregnant again I'll be buying a new one, plus it fold to give extra space, no mold the mesh is sturdy enough to hold the baby and it's comes off incase you want to wash it.. I just wish that the mesh could come in diffrent colors or animals. |
